To be qualified to serve on a Town of Springdale Jury, you must be a United States citizen at least 18 years of age, a registered voter, and be a resident of the Town of Springdale.  The only occupations that are disqualified from service by law are clerk or deputy clerk of court, constable, sheriff, probate judge, council members, magistrates, or other courthouse officials.  Persons over the age of 65 do not have to serve, but can serve if they so desire.
