Anyone who is issued a citation is entitled to a jury trial.  To request a jury trial, please refer to our FORMS page, print and fill out your request and mail or hand deliver to the Springdale Town Hall.  Please note that if you are mailing your request, our office must receive your request before your court date.  You will not need to appear on your original court date.  You will be notified by mail of your roster meeting date.  If you move, it is your responsibility to notify our office of your new address.
